This page was inspired by the heading is img with no alt page.

In the following example the h2 element is used but instead of using text as heading content the the img element is used without the alt attribute, the title attribute, or any other neans of providing a name for the image.

Note that this is not the recommended way to use the img tag since it is a WCAG Failure (F65). While the use of the img element as the content of a heading is allowed, you must provide a name for the image, perhaps by using the alt attribute.
